Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

  • We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unused product with original tags & packing within 30 Days of purchase for a refund, replace or an exchange.
  • Products with genuine fault ‘ll be replaced free of cost and shipper ‘ll arrange the pick up and delivery of wrong product from your given address only if service is available in that area.
  • Delivery charges of return and exchange will not be refunded if there’s no genuine fault.
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customer needs to send the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address if he/she wants to exchange products without any genuine fault.
  • Due to use of Studio lights in shoot actual product color might slightly vary from the image and that product ‘ll neither be exchanged nor refunded.
  • In the case of Change of mind, Customer Mistake or other personal reason, Products would only be replaced or a voucher of that amount would be issued which can be used latter for shopping.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
  • All returns should be sent to Shopizz.pk's address (For address Contact Our Customer Support)

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S):

       1.CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE

If you wish to return, replace or exchange any portion of your online order, please contact our customer support service 0301-6719945.

       2.REPACK

Please make sure the good packing of product you want to replace and send the photo of that packing to our customer support, after getting approved you would be notified for further process.

       3.REPLACEMENT

1- In case of replacement our rider from courier service 'll pick the items you want to return from your door step and deliver the new parcel at your door step.

2- In case of change of mind, customer mistake and any other personal reason customer 'll pay the replacement charges of sending and receiving parcel according to the current rates of courier service.

       4.Return

In case of return customer needs to send the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address if he/she wants to return due to change of mind, mistake or any other personal reason.
